3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of the order.
The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply in your country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. For custom or personalized jewelry, please allow additional time for production, which will be communicated during checkout or via email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For U.S. Customers: No customs duties or taxes apply due to the Free Trade Agreement between the U.S. and Israel.

For Other International Customers: The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Once your package arrives in the destination country, FedEx will contact you directly to complete the customs clearance process and advise on any required payments. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these charges before placing your order.
7. Shipping Insurance
All orders are insured during transit. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at shipping@ovadiadiamondjewelry.com. We will work with FedEx to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. We will contact you to arrange the reshipment once the package is received.
