Refund Policy

At Ovadia Diamond Jewelry, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our custom-made and luxury jewelry, we do not offer refunds for purchased items. Instead, we provide replacement options as outlined below.
1. No Refunds
We do not offer cash or credit refunds for any jewelry purchases. All sales are final, subject to the exceptions outlined below in the Replacements section.
2. Replacements
If an item you receive is defective or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold: unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

Requests for replacements must be made within 2 days of receiving the item.

Custom orders, including personalized or resized jewelry, are not eligible for replacement unless they are defective.

If the returned item is inspected and deemed to be in its original condition, we will process a replacement within 5 -7 business days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is found to be defective or incorrect upon inspection. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred during return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Non-Eligible Items for Replacement

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration not due to manufacturing defects.

Items that are returned without their original packaging, tags, or certificates.

Custom or personalized items, including those that have been resized or engraved, are non-returnable and non-replaceable unless defective.
5. Defective Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at support@ovadiadiamondjewelry.com with detailed information, including photos of the defect. Defective items may be covered under our Lifetime Warranty, which includes repairs, cleaning, and size adjustments.
